You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings, app consent prompts, or the settings provided by the advertising provider. The exact controls available depend on your device, operating system, region, and ad provider.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, depending on applicable law, the use of third-party advertising services for personalized or targeted ads may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” You may contact us at phil@philkessler.com if you want to exercise privacy rights related to advertising data, and you should also use the privacy controls provided by your device and the relevant ad provider.

-
Consent, when you submit an optional bug report, agree to personalized ads, or otherwise provide consent.
-
Legitimate interests, such as maintaining and improving the Game, responding to support requests, preventing fraud, debugging issues, and keeping the Game secure, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
-
Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Game or related services you request.
-
Legal obligation, where we must process or retain information to comply with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
