I · WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing.

Eververse LLC (“Eververse,” “we,” or “us”) makes Evermyth, a god life simulator for iPhone. This policy covers the Evermyth app.

Evermyth does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. The game does not send your saves or play anywhere. It has no accounts or sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no push notifications, and no third-party SDKs. It does not ask for your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

II · ON YOUR DEVICE

What stays on your iPhone

Everything the game remembers is kept only on your iPhone: your myths and save slots, your god’s name and look, your island, family, choices and deeds, the Hall of Myths, and your settings. Eververse cannot see or reach any of it.

So that reinstalling the game changes nothing, it keeps the domain of your first god and which purchases you own in your iPhone’s keychain. These hold only a domain name and a few yes-or-no flags. They never leave your device.

The names, loves, wars, and deeds in Evermyth are fiction. They are not about you.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, the backup may include Evermyth’s saves. Apple controls those backups under your device settings and Apple’s privacy policy.

III · PURCHASES

Handled by Apple

Evermyth is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases. Apple processes them through the App Store. Apple handles your Apple Account and payment details under its own privacy policy. The game only learns which purchases are owned, so it can open them and restore them later. We never receive your name, email, Apple Account, or payment details.

If you turn on “Share With App Developers” in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics such as installs and crash counts. Apple collects and controls that, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.

IV · IF YOU WRITE TO US

Only what you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply, and we don’t add you to any list.

V · CHILDREN

No data from anyone

Evermyth collects no personal information from any player, including children under 13.

VI · YOUR CHOICES

Your data is yours to delete

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. You can let go of a saved myth from the title screen, or delete the app to remove its saves from your iPhone. If you have a privacy question or request, write to us and we will answer.

VII · CHANGES

If this ever changes

If a future version of Evermyth ever needs to collect information, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
